All of our massage therapists have completed professional training and specialize in sports massage. Sports massage is based on classical massage. In addition to basic massage techniques, we use more precise methods to treat muscle origins and insertions as well as scar tissue. In addition to sports massage, we also offer pregnancy massage, postnatal massage, and jaw muscle massage.
Our locations in Helsinki are easily accessible and feature comfortable facilities:
A typical client is an office worker experiencing neck and shoulder problems, but athletes also use SUHK’s massage services. Despite its name, sports massage is suitable for everyone, and each massage is tailored to the client’s needs. Our therapists create treatment plans and ensure you achieve the desired results. You can also visit simply to relax.
Some of our locations also offer services focused on women’s health and maternity physiotherapy. Maternity massage is an important part of our offerings, designed specifically for expecting and new mothers. In the hands of a therapist specialized in maternity massage, the experience is calming, and we provide maternity pillows and other comfort-enhancing features.
