Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus Oy, Business ID: 2504977-5 (hereinafter referred to as the online store), sells products to private individuals and companies in Finland. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT).

Ordering
Products are ordered through the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is placed by paying for the contents of the cart at the checkout. By placing an order, you accept these delivery terms, the product prices, and any delivery costs. If an email address is provided when placing the order, an order confirmation will be sent to that email address. The order confirmation will include the ordered products and the price.
Payment
The payment service provider for the online store is Checkout Finland Oy. Checkout is a safe payment method for you. The company holds a payment institution license granted by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6), which is part of OP Financial Group.
The Checkout payment mediation service forwards your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card bill, it means that your payment has been processed through their service.
The online store acts as the marketer of products and services and as the supplier of the products to the customer. The online store is responsible for statutory obligations and other obligations defined by the company in connection with the sale. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online store from which the product was ordered.

Payment Methods
You can use payment buttons from all Finnish banks. Payments can be made using Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP Bank, Säästöpankki, S-Bank, and Ålandsbanken. On your bank statement, the payment recipient will appear as Checkout Finland Oy, which transfers your payment to the online store merchant. From the online store you will be directed directly to your bank to complete the payment securely.
Checkout Finland also offers the possibility to pay using a bank transfer form.
You can also pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services. Checkout appears as the payment recipient on the card invoice and transfers the payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made securely through a protected payment form, and payment card information is not stored in the online store’s systems.
Employee benefits such as Smartum Massage Balance, Eazybreak Wellness, or ePassi Wellness can be used to pay for massage services and related gift cards. Sports and culture benefits cannot be used to pay for massage services.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email immediately after the purchase to the email address provided by the customer. Emails usually arrive within 30 minutes at the latest.
If the customer has not received the email, they should first check their spam folder. If the email is still not found, they must immediately contact the email address listed in the online store contact information and request that the email be sent again. The absence of the email does not entitle the customer to cancel the order.
Returns
Digital products do not have the right of exchange or return.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints
A digital product can be cancelled before it has been paid for in the online store.
The online store has a statutory liability for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to bring possible disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
