Terms and Conditions
Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus SUHK Oy, Business ID 2620314-8 (hereinafter referred to as the “online store”), sells electronically delivered gift cards and multi-visit cards to consumers and businesses through its online store. Orders may also be placed from outside Finland. The services associated with the gift cards and multi-visit cards are provided at Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus SUHK Oy locations in Finland. The prices displayed in the online store are the total prices payable by the customer. We reserve the right to change our prices and these Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect orders placed before the changes take effect.

The seller operating the online store is registered in the Trade Register maintained by the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
Ordering
Products are selected on the website and added to the shopping cart. An order is placed by paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online checkout.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and the prices of the products.
The customer must provide an email address when placing the order. An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. The order confirmation specifies the products ordered and their prices. The purchased gift cards and multi-visit cards are also delivered as PDF attachments to the email.
Payment
Paytrail and Flatpay payment services are used to process and transmit payments made in the online store. The available payment methods are displayed at the online checkout before the order is confirmed.
Multiple payment methods cannot be combined for the same online store order. At an SUHK location, however, a payment may be divided between several payment methods. An SUHK gift card cannot be used as a payment method in the online store.
The online store acts as the seller of the products and services and is responsible for the obligations relating to orders, products, deliveries, withdrawals, refunds and complaints.
In matters concerning an order, delivery, withdrawal, refund or complaint, the customer should contact Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus customer service at .
Payment Methods
Paytrail
The payment service provider for online banking payments, mobile payment methods offered through Paytrail, and invoice and instalment payment methods is Paytrail Oyj, Business ID 2122839-7.
Paytrail Oyj is a payment institution authorised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Paytrail transfers the customer’s payment to the online store. Paytrail Oyj or the name of the online store may appear as the payment recipient on the customer’s bank statement.
Online Banking Payments
Customers can pay for their orders using the online banking payment buttons of the Finnish banks displayed at the online checkout.
When making a payment, the customer is redirected to their bank’s service to securely authorise the payment.
Mobile Payment Methods
The mobile payment methods available through Paytrail are displayed at the online checkout.
The customer authorises the mobile payment in the application or service of the selected payment provider.
Invoice and Instalment Payments
Invoice and instalment payment options may be offered through Paytrail.
The available financing provider, payment period, interest, fees and other applicable terms are displayed at the online checkout before the payment is authorised.
By selecting an invoice or instalment payment method, the customer accepts the terms and conditions of the relevant financing provider. The financing provider may verify the customer’s identity and creditworthiness before approving the payment method.
Flatpay
Flatpay’s online payment service is used to process Visa and Mastercard card payments as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.

Card Payments
Customers can pay in the online store using Visa and Mastercard payment cards.
Card payments are processed in a secure payment environment, and payment details are transmitted in encrypted form. Payment card details are not stored in the online store’s systems.
The card issuer may require the customer to authenticate the payment using, for example, a banking application, a passcode or another strong customer authentication method.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
When paying with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment is charged to a payment card linked to the relevant service.
The customer authorises the payment using their device and the authentication method required by the selected payment service.
The terms and conditions of Apple Pay or Google Pay, the customer’s card issuer and any other applicable payment service provider also apply to the payment.
Employer-Provided Benefits
Customers can use the Smartum Massage Benefit or massage balance and the Epassi Massage Benefit to purchase gift cards and multi-visit cards for massage services from the online store for their own personal use.
Customers can use the Smartum and Epassi Health Benefits to purchase gift cards and multi-visit cards for physiotherapy and osteopathy services from the online store for their own personal use.
The Health Benefit may also be used to pay directly for physiotherapy and osteopathy services at an SUHK location, provided that the service is included in the benefit offered by the customer’s employer.
Sports and culture benefits cannot be used to pay for massage, physiotherapy or osteopathy services.
Edenred cannot currently be used as a payment method in the SUHK online store. It can, however, be used as a payment method at an SUHK location at the time of the visit.
Delivery
Electronically delivered gift cards and multi-visit cards are sent automatically as PDF attachments to the email address provided by the customer, together with the order confirmation.
The email is usually delivered within 30 minutes after the payment has been completed.
If the customer has not received the email, they should first check their spam folder and other email folders. If the message cannot be found, the customer should contact SUHK customer service at and request that the gift card or multi-visit card be resent.
Use of Gift Cards and Multi-Visit Cards
Regular-price gift cards and multi-visit cards purchased from the online store are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Promotional and campaign products have a shorter validity period. The validity period is stated on the product page and on the gift card or multi-visit card.
Gift cards and multi-visit cards can be used at all Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus locations and with all professionals who provide the relevant service.
A card issued for a specific service must be used for the service stated on the card. For example, a gift card for a 60-minute sports massage must be used for one 60-minute sports massage and cannot be divided into two 30-minute sports massage appointments.
A gift card issued for a monetary value can be used for Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus services, and its value may be used over several visits.
A regular gift card may be given to another person.
A gift card or multi-visit card purchased using an employer-provided benefit is personal. It may only be used by the person who received the benefit and only for a service permitted under the terms of that benefit.
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
A consumer has the right to withdraw from an order for a gift card or multi-visit card placed through the online store within 14 days of placing the order, without giving a reason.
The customer may submit a withdrawal notice by email to . The email must include:
- the customer’s name
- the order number
- the email address used for the order
- the gift card or multi-visit card to be cancelled.
The withdrawal notice must be submitted no later than 14 days after the order was placed. We will send the customer an email confirming receipt of the withdrawal notice.
If the gift card or multi-visit card has been used in full or in part before the withdrawal, the value of the services already used will be deducted from the amount refunded. No refund will be issued for a gift card or multi-visit card that has been used in full.
The payment relating to the withdrawal will be refunded no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice. As a rule, the refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
An amount paid using an employer-provided benefit will not be refunded to the customer in cash. Any refund will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant benefit provider and payment method.
The right of withdrawal described in this section applies to consumers. The cancellation of orders placed by business customers will be agreed separately.
The right of withdrawal described in this section does not limit the customer’s statutory rights in the event of a defective product or a complaint.
Complaints
The online store is subject to the statutory liability for defects in the products it sells.

Dispute Resolution
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
Before submitting a matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
