How do I purchase a gift card from the online store using Epassi?
You can use Epassi Flex or Wellness benefits to buy series or gift cards from SUHK’s online store for your own use.
- Add the product or products you want to the shopping cart as usual.
- Proceed to checkout. At the checkout, select ‘Epassi / Smartum (Massage, Wellness, Health)’ as the payment method.
- Fill in the required information for your purchase and select the payment method, then click Proceed to payment.
- You will be automatically redirected to Epassi’s payment service. Log in and complete the payment according to the instructions.
- You will be automatically returned to SUHK’s confirmation page. The gift card you purchased will arrive as an attachment in your email.
Are you using expiring wellness balances? For a sum-based gift card, you can select an amount equal to your remaining balance and use it for all SUHK services. Series and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Can I purchase a gift card at a location?
You can buy a physical gift card at any SUHK location during a treatment session, or you can arrange a time to purchase one by calling the location (and leaving a message on the answering machine if needed).
Please note that our extended opening hours apply to pre-booked massage appointments, so we unfortunately cannot accommodate walk-in purchases at the reception. For this reason, gift cards can only be purchased on-site during a treatment or by arranging a time to purchase via phone at the desired location (leaving a message if necessary).
You can also purchase a gift card from the online store at any time, 24/7, and it will be delivered immediately via email after the purchase.
How do I purchase a gift card from the online store using Smartum?
You can use Smartum Massage and Health benefits to buy series or gift cards from SUHK’s online store for your own use.
- Add the product or products you want to the shopping cart as usual.
- Proceed to checkout. At the checkout, select ‘Epassi / Smartum (Massage, Wellness, Health)’ as the payment method.
- Fill in the required information for your purchase and select the payment method, then click Proceed to payment.

Edenred Massage benefits cannot be used to pay directly in the online store. You can purchase your chosen gift cards with Edenred Massage benefits:
- At the Suomenoja gift card store
- At any SUHK location during a treatment session
- By arranging a time to purchase via phone at the desired location (leaving a message on the answering machine if necessary)
Which employer-provided massage and wellness benefits can I use to pay in the online store?
The following massage, wellness, and health benefits can be used as payment in the online store:
- Epassi Flex balance
- Epassi Wellness balance
- Smartum Massage or Health balance
- Smartum Massage & Health gift card
If you want to pay with Edenred Massage benefits, you can purchase gift cards on-site at our locations during a treatment session, or by arranging a time to purchase via phone at the desired location (leaving a message on the answering machine if necessary). Unfortunately, Edenred cannot be used as a payment method in the online store.
Please note that sports and culture benefits cannot be used to pay for massage services.
My payment isn’t going through or gets stuck in the online store. What should I do?
The issue may be caused by factors such as attempting the purchase from abroad, using a VPN, security settings on your WiFi network, or an outdated browser. Usually, the problem can be resolved by addressing one of these issues or by trying to make the purchase on a mobile device using a mobile data connection.

How is a gift card purchased from the online store delivered?
Gift cards purchased from the online store are delivered by email to the email address provided by the purchaser. The gift card will arrive as an attachment, which you can forward to the recipient either printed or in digital form.
Please note that the gift card email may end up in your spam/junk folder. If you have not received the gift card email after placing your order, please check your spam, promotions, and other email folders.
How do I add the recipient’s name to the gift card at the time of purchase?
Gift cards purchased from the online store do not display the buyer’s or the recipient’s name. It is not possible to separately add the recipient’s name to the gift card during purchase. A gift card bought online is delivered as a PDF attachment, which you can print or forward to the recipient.
What payment methods can I use in the online store?
In addition to the massage, wellness, and health benefits mentioned above, you can pay in the online store using the most common payment methods:
- Through all Finnish online banks.
- By card: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard.
- Mobile payment: MobilePay and Siirto.
- Invoice or installment payment: OP Invoice, OP Credit Account, and Walley.
If you want to pay using multiple methods at the same time, this is possible when purchasing in person at the Suomenoja gift card store or at the service locations during your treatment, or by arranging it with the location over the phone (leaving a message if needed). Unfortunately, it is not possible to use multiple payment methods simultaneously in the online store.
The SUHK gift card cannot be used as a payment method in the online store; it can only be used to pay on-site at the time of your booked appointment.
Which payment methods are accepted on-site and at the gift card store?
On-site, you can pay with cash as well as with all common card payments (except American Express). In addition, you can use Edenred, Smartum, and Epass wellness and massage benefits. You can also combine payment methods at the location—for example, part with a card and part with a wellness benefit.
You can purchase a gift card during a treatment session or separately at the SUHK Suomenoja gift card store during the specified opening hours. Please note that our extended opening hours at the service locations apply only to pre-booked massages, so we unfortunately cannot accommodate walk-ins. You can also arrange a time to purchase a gift card by calling the location (leaving a message if necessary).
Can gift cards be used at all locations?
Yes, they can. You can use the gift card you purchased at all of our locations and with any of our massage therapists. You can find the contact details of the locations here.
Can I pay with a sports or culture benefit balance?
Massage, physiotherapy, and osteopathy are not covered by sports benefits. You cannot pay for these services with sports or culture benefits, either in our online store or on-site. Sports benefits can only be used to pay for SUHK’s Personal Training services.
How do I use a SUHK gift card?
Bring the gift card or its code with you on your first visit. You do not need to enter the gift card details when making the appointment. The gift card can be used to pay for the service indicated on it. A gift card designated for a specific amount can be used for any of our services. You do not need to use the full value of the gift card at once.
On your first visit, the gift card will be registered to your customer account for future use. If you wish, you can share the gift card with, for example, a family member, in which case the card can be registered under multiple customer accounts. Gift cards purchased from the online store are valid for one year unless otherwise stated.
