Booking
When filling in your booking details, please make sure that your email address is correct, as the booking confirmation will always be sent to your email. Are you entitled to a discount, using a gift card, or taking advantage of an offer? You do not need to enter the gift card details when booking. Bring the gift card or its details with you to your appointment. Any applicable discounts will be applied at the checkout on site.
Do you have massage, wellness, or health benefits available? Benefits from Edenred, ePassi, and Smartum can be used as payment for massage services. Some benefits can also be used for physiotherapy and osteopathy, as well as for payments in the online store.
Book an appointment

The booking system shows the next available appointments at SUHK.
You can filter available appointments by time, location, service, professional, or any combination of these. You can also select multiple locations and services in the filter if you wish.
Please note: Appointment cancellations must be made through the link in your booking confirmation email or from the appointment cancellation page on our website.
Online cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel later than 12 hours before the appointment, please do so by calling the location. You may also leave a message on the answering machine if none of our customer service staff are available to answer your call at that moment.
If an appointment is not cancelled or is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time without a valid reason, SUHK has the right to charge the full price of the treatment.
Please note that massage services are offered in two different price categories, as are physiotherapy and osteopathy services (see the price list).
According to current legislation, all healthcare providers using electronic patient record systems must transfer their records to Omakanta for clients to view. For this purpose, the client’s personal identity number is required. Due to the costs related to the system, we charge new clients a one-time Kanta fee of 3 €. On Sundays and public holidays, a 5 € Sunday surcharge is added to the price.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible so that the time can be offered to other clients. You can cancel your booked appointment here.
