Terms of Booking and Information on Personal Data Processing at Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus
Clients have the right to cancel their appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time by using the link in the booking confirmation or by making the cancellation on Suomen Urheiluhierontakeskus’s website on the Appointment Cancellation page. SUHK reserves the right to charge the full treatment fee for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment or for no-shows without a valid reason.

Retaining and deleting personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, the Finnish Data Protection Act, and legislation governing the processing of client and patient data in social welfare and healthcare.
Patient records and the personal data contained in them must be retained for the period required by law and cannot be deleted before the applicable retention period has expired. Requests concerning the deletion of other personal data are assessed based on the purpose and legal basis of the processing.
