Physiotherapy + Osteopathy = More Well-Being for You

We combine the expertise of a physiotherapist and an osteopath to help you in the best possible way. The service includes six sessions (3 physiotherapy, 3 osteopathy) over six months.

During the treatment period, you will:

• Learn ways to influence your pain yourself
• Be able to explore and understand your pain with attentive professionals
• Receive a comprehensive assessment of factors affecting your pain
• Get a clear plan for recovery from pain
• Receive nervous system–based manual treatment
• Get exercises tailored to your life situation that take overall load into account

We combine all our knowledge about pain physiology and its effects on the nervous system and alertness.

Maria’s osteopathic approach is nervous system–aware and respects the body’s resources. It is especially suitable when pain affects quality of life and daily routines. Touch has been scientifically shown to significantly influence pain and its perception—osteopathy adds this important healing element to the service.

Heli’s strengths as a physiotherapist include understanding the connection between body and mind and considering factors related to experience and alertness in rehabilitation. She is also skilled in creating individualized and innovative movement exercises.
